12lbs down millions to go lol

    ok so maybe not millions but plenty lol, im fairly new here and cant tell u how encouraging it is knowing all you guys are facing the same battles as i am, most of my ww group are little old ladies either at goal or near goal, and tbh its quite depressing lol, im trying not to look at the bigger picture, the whole stones and stones to lose and just take it a few lbs at a time.....slow and steady wins the race right? yeah course id love to wake up tomorrow a size 12 and be able to eat what i like, but i wont, and i cant, so here goes, been on ww 5 weeks now lost in the first 3 weeks but really struggeling in the last two weeks.....cos iv stopped tracking lol, need to get bk on it. started at 20 stone 12 lbs, now at 20 stone, want to finish about 11 stone 9, im gonna need a kick up the arse from time to time, iv always eaten too much and not done enough (as an adult anyway) so here we go....

    We're very big on perseverance and working our way through the blips in here. A lot of us do our own plans rather than a structured WW/SW approach as we've realised one size doesn't fit all.

    If you need to vent we listen. If you need support we encourage. But we won't let you give up.

    thankyou both so much this is exactly what i need :) ill be on all the time, watching more than anything but ill be here none the less :) good luck to everyone else, we can do it :)

    at first i found it easy but iv struggled the last two weeks but tbh i think its just cos iv lost focus, couldnt get to wi last week so think i was a bit naughty and this week.....well i know iv not been great but hey ho it happens, back to group thursday for wi so will see if that keeps me on track lol xx

    No one is perfect and we all have off days main thing is as long as there is more good than bad days we are on the right track.

    I'm not doing WW this time 'cos I haven't got time to go to meetings but what kept it working when I was doing it was honest tracking every day for everything I ate, just seeing it written down made me think twice before eating anything else. Also my leader was a bit of a scary headmistress, ha, I didn't want her to give me her 'disappointed' voice :O Haha!
