Could hardly contain myself this morning when I got on the scales and coul see 12.13.0! It's taken me a while but a far cry from the 16.7.8 where I started!

I haven't been this weight since I got married almost 8 years ago!

This diet I truly amazing!

Fantastic achievement well done!!!! How long did it take you and were you on exante from start to finish?

Hi, I was on CD to start lost quite a bit then put it back on. I started exante in August and weighed 15.7. I'm loving this cos I have times wen I just can't stick to the diet, not through lack of will power but just events in life, such as working weeks away etc but I just tell myself that after that period the diet will be back on and the weight will drop again.

Brilliant, I love it!
