Breakfast: grapefruit and natural yogurt

Lunch: went out for lunch. Had chicken fajitas with chips.

Dinner: low fat supernoodles
Hifi bar

Breakfast: tin of tuna (f)
Light mayo(5)

Banana(sf)

Snack: light hifi bar (1/2hexb)

Lunch: fat free fromgrais frais (f)
Grapefruit(sf)
light hifi bar (1/2hexb)

Snack: banana, kippers with butter (3)

Dinner: chicken and turkey(f)
Sw pilau rice (sf)
Loads of veg with chicken (onions, toms, mushrooms, spring onions, chillies And peppers) and lettuce

Day 4

Breakfast: mixed fruit with yogurt and a side of grapefruit

Lunch: chicken and turkey pieces in tomoates with onions, mushrooms, chillies and peppers. Very spicy. Yum!

Snack: tuna and onion with light mayo (1)

Dinner: spicy mince with mushrooms, onions, toms, chillis and peppers wrapped in lettuce
Sw battery chips
Garlic mayo (4)

Proud of myself today!!? Was so hungry and had to do a food shop and I talked myself out of getting duck pancakes and then on way to car my bf begged to get chippy for dinner instead. But I said no :)

And I enjoyed my sw dinner even more for it :) x
 
I know I'm so glad I didn't give in. I hate the feeling of letting urself down after x

Breakfast: fat free natural yogurt with blueberries

Lunch: low fat supernoodles and side of grapefruit

Snack: mini malteasers (5.5)
Milkybar buttons (9)

Dinner: Low fat supernoodles
Brown bread (hexb)
Butter (1)

Vodka and coke. And Singapore noodles and curry chip

Breakfast: banana

Lunch: cocktail sausage rolls (15)

Dinner: sw chicken tikka masala with rice.

Day 7

Breakfast: omelette( 3 eggs, ham, bacon, tomatoes,mushrooms, jalapeños, spring onion. With pepper and chilli powder)
Glass of milk (hexa)

Lunch: low fat supernoodles.

Snack: orange

Dinner: smash fish, sw chips and side salad with low fat dressing

Snack: mullerlight choc n cherry (1.5)

Syns 11- malteasers
1.5 yogurt

Total= 12.5

2 litres of water
