Lol Kim I go a bit overboard when it comes to chillies or anything like that. I haven't came across a pepper or chilli that I can't handle and I even order the ghost chilli and eat that lol

Morning weight: 9.0(1/2) :( over a lb on from yesterday :( hopefully just the increased exercise

Official weigh in weight: 8:13!! 2lb off!!

Breakfast: mullerlight cherry (1.5)

Dinner: chicken tikka masala with added prawns and mushrooms

Good luck for WI. It might just be Xmas catching up with you unfortunately, but keep plodding on as it will come off. I've virtually STS for the last month, but we have to keep plugging away at it x

I don't think your doing anything wrong Charlene, although did you really only have a muller light for lunch the other day, you need to eat more then that really.

Good luck I'm sure your weight will start coming off soon enough.
 
I ended up taking a really long nap that day over lunch and wasn't hungry because the day was really short lol

Hopefully I'm determined to get this weight off before Liverpool

This I gonna really cut out chocolate and not have as much pasta and rice.

I'm really starting to crave chocolate. So need to get out of that habit quickly!!!

Ugh so not happy that my weight loss isn't as fast as it was before Xmas!!! I thought by this stage I would have deffo lost my Xmas gain.

This week calls for drastic measures because I NEED to be 8.7 for Liverpool!!!

Your doing well, our weights fluctuate daily you should try sticking to weighing just once a week or your always be disappointed?
