Day 3

Breakfast: 2 eggs in cup. Left over diet coke chicken with egg rice. With added chillies, mushrooms and onion

Lunch: supernoodles (10)

Dinner: low fat supernoodles

Syns: mini eggs

Lol no. Just have care cupboards until I can shop later. So has to make do with leftovers from yesterday dinner
 
Day 4

Breakfast: porridge made with water (hexb)

Lunch: low fat supernoodles

Dinner: herrons country fried chicken I. Chips with salad and taco sauce

Breakfast: 2 alpen bars (hexb) pear
