14lbs to goal!!

Today is my second week.
I lost 5lbs my first week so I know I won't have a big loss next week and with Halloween approaching I wanna make sure I stay on track!!
So a food diary it is and h lovely ppl can help me stay on track :)
 
Day 1: extra easy

4am- fat free fromgrais frais
Raspberries ( up all night with sick toddler. Zero sleep and empty tummy :( )

Breakfast- scrambled eggs (heA skimmed milk 100ml)
Banana
Raspberries

Snack - light hifi bar (half heB)

Lunch- pasta n sauce (125ml skimmed milk heA)
Spring onions
Banana
Carrot

Snack- light hifi bar (rest of heB)
Banana

Dinner - sw chicken tikka
Added mushrooms
Garlic
Onion
Chillies
While meal basmati rice

Syns- 2 x small bags of malteasers (10syns)

Plus 3.5 litres of water
And acceleration training

How does my day look guys? Is it ok??

Breakfast : fat free natural yogurt with vanilla extract and sweetener
Raspberries
Banana
Grapes

Snack: light hifi bar ( half heb)

Lunch: egg
2 bacon with fat removed

Snack: light hifi bar (heb)
Banana

Pre-workout snack: small portion of pasta with quark, garlic and paprika

Dinner: sw lasagne with tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, chillis, peppers, onions (1.5 syn)

Syn: lasagne 1.5
5 Nutella and ryvita rocher 5

4litres of water
Acceleration workout

Another lonnnggggg day. I hope these extra snacks I've had today and yesterday effect my weight loss too much

Ferro rocher x10=10 syns

Lunch: sw lasagne (1.5syn)

Snack :banana

Dinner: pasta n sauce hi veg

HeA skimmed milk/cheese
HeB hifi bar

Mini bag of malteasers 5
Sw ferro rocher x6
Truffle 2.5
Total :14.5

You're still well within your syns so the snacking probably won't effect your weight loss will it? Or now that you're smaller can you not get away with that many syns?

Also what's the acceleration training? So many questions! xx

Hollyhearts i also think it's because my small that I'm not getting away with so many syns. Also on slimming world it's the most I've ever ate :/

Acceleration training is training on the power plates and 30 mins is small as 90 mins in the gym.
Soo on the plate I do cardio and strength. All high intensity and because the plate is vibrating it warms ur body up faster and keeps ur heart rate up(loads o other benefits)
It's amazing for burning fat and making u lean quickly and because its over in 30 mins u feel like u only started it.

Oohh I see! Do you pay for like a course of those at the gym? Might have to look into that!
 
Yea I go to a private gym that specialises in the power plate and pay a monthly membership. Where do u live?
U should search ur area for it bits really good x
 
I had a sts week this week. Hopefully I will reach my half stone next week. Only need two lbs off!!

Snack : 2 light hifi bars (hexb)

Dinner. See chilli beef noodles (3.5 for corn flour)

Syns: 3.5
Mini malteasers x2 = 10

Total: 13.5

Accidentally forget that my weetabix was a healthy extra b and stuffed a hifi bar into my face :(. That's 6 syns gone already!!!!

Lunch: pear and banana

Dinner : 4 cocktail sausages
4 mini sausage rolls
3 chicken wings
Half a cheese/ham/tomato sandwich

3 Cadbury fingers
Small piece of honeycomb
3 jellys
Mini bag of malteasers


Lol rushed around all day in Halloween traffic. So hungry that I got a sore head. So once I got to my mums Halloween party I had to eat the party food. Now my tummy feels bloated and head still sore. Ugh
Don't even know how many syns I've had :(

Day three.

Stepped on the scales this morning. Just to check on the damaged from last night so I could correct it. But the scales where down a lb :)

So back into it today. Minus so many syns.

Breakfast: fat free yogurt with blueberries

Snack: pear

Lunch: superspeed soup

Dinner: kebab (12.5)
Garlic sauce
Chilli sauce
Whole meal pitta bread (hexb)
Cheese (hexa)
Onions
Chips

Syns: 12.5 on kebab

Hi it looks fab! Wow 5lbs! Well done I'm just restarting today after faffing around for so long! I have a diary on here to we can support each other?
