    Aw bless you sounds like ketosis the coldness?

    I feel much more confident about the plan this time around. I know there's gonna be times I can't do it but have the right mentality for the long term so I know I will be 100% as and when I can and enjoy but be sensible when I'm not. Now I've moved from Wales I don't get to see my friends much and I'm not gonna lock myself away for 6 months lol

    I'm a bit stressed today. Had my mock accreditation with new manager yesterday and they made it really hard. Really doubting my ability now and seem to have forgotten how to do the basics- arghhhh!

    Cd wise porridge down. Looking forward to my relaxed weekend! First real test for me to see how controlled I can be whilst off plan..

    I'm away with work for 2 nights next week as well!

    Ah man really that's sh1t! The thing is your probably more nervous as it's a new manager and out of your comfort zone, you will surprise yourself !

    I'm going down to Wales early tomorrow morning and back on Sunday.

    Travelling Tuesday afternoon for an overnight stay on Wednesday for my accreditation- eek!

    Then travelling again Thursday for another overnight stay for a course on Friday!

    The Tues and Thursday are my biggest tests as will be out for tea etc with my training group so a big catch up!

    Jeez it's like the week from hell CW wise !! This will be a test alright !
    Are you going to try stick to your packs or go with healthy alternatives? I am glad in a way I don't have any friends or family here ( only when I am on a diet lol ) means I don't have any temptation, because I don't think I would have lasted like you did last week being ill and all .
    This is why I do this because I can't lie to myself

    OK so weekend off plan. Msaturday was perfect food wise but me and 2 friends went through a good few bottles of wine. I drank a lot of water in between so I feel fine today. Today I've eaten a KFC and a few fizzed sweets.

    Not feeling guilty it was an emotional weekend and I was in control on my decisions.

    Back on it tomorrow and will make sensible choices when I can whilst away for work.

    Gone are the days when I eat something off the diet plan and give up. This is life!

    Well done for being so positive and sensible ! You had a lovely few days and much needed time with friends and family and your back on it
    In the grand scheme of things it's 48 hrs !!!

    Yeah fairly good I don't feel like I have lost anything this week though!!
    Struggling today as I feel hungry again but I am trying to be strong as it's weigh day tomorrow ☺️

    I was in a bad mood today but it is that time of the month so explains the mood and headache and wanting to eat the world. Won't be weighing properly until the weekend as off galavanting and trying to not order dominos haha.

    Just put little post it tabs in my diary for target dates a stone at a time. If all goes well if love love love to be at my 5 stone by end of may and I am treating myself to extensions and a shopping spree so going to put some money aside each month x

    Hello hunny is today your work accreditation ?
    Lost 4.4lbs was gutted at first but then I looked at it that I have done over a stone in 2 weeks and I can now have bars
    I am the same have loads of clothes picked out and new boots too cannot wait

    Thats really good! Week 2 is nortously low and over 4lb is amazing!

    I'll be happy to not gain this week lol.

    no accreditation is tomorrow - not long checked into my hotel sitting on the bed watching Jeremy kyle lol not sure I can face anymore revising! Might look at the menu for tonight for when everyone else arrives...

    Well not done too well wasn't much choice except burgers and chip based meals. I had tempura prawns and venison bolognaise. Nevermind could have been much better and could have been worse.

    Have bought my own lunch for tomorrow of chicken and prawns. So just breakfast to contend with tomorrow and then the same battle with meal out Thursday.

    Not to plan BUT to look at the positives- i could have chosen burgers and chips, I could have had snacks and crisps and dessert, it could have been a whole day off plan leading to longer and I didn't have any alcohol.

    I wouldn't have thought twice about all of the above a month ago x
