150 days to slimdom

Thank you, will post my final pics in the success stories when I get to goal.

Day 4

Tested for ketones last night and it was pink so hello fat burning mode how I have missed you.

Timmy's been playing up all day and spent quite a bit of time on loo not sure if this is a bug or just the norm. Will know if it's gone tomorrow fingers crossed as I got race for life Sunday and wedding Saturday.

Excited for weigh in on Monday, doubt I'll lose the same as last time 9lbs but I'm hoping for 5-7lbs. Plus I might be into the 11s by 2nd weigh in so I shall keep that in mind while I drink all this water. I'm thinking the last time I saw 11s on scales must of been 2006. Been trying to get back and lower ever since. So in 2 weigh ins I'll be there so a big mile stone

Not really struggled this time head is in the zone fed up of surviving on minimal clothes.

It's all about the zone isn't it. When you're in it you're so focused on losing weight nothing will stop you. When you're not in it you can't do a diet like this. I can't say I'm in the zone at the mo. I want to get to goal but with only 12lbs to go it's not the be all and end all. I'm happy to take more of a scenic route to goal I think. I'd like to get back in the zone again but it's sure not happening at the moment :)

Yes it is all about being in the zone and the closer to target the more difficult it is to stay in the zone. 12lbs isn't much at all really and even a pound a week will soon get that off. Plus your body was really not wanting to lose at one point. So upping the calories is defo a good ideal.

I'm very stubborn and it helps, bfs got used to me this size and the different won't be as dramatic as what ive done in past.
 
Day 5 Friday

Well Fridays are always rather busy for me so I'm not expecting any problems today. I'm out trying on dresses and shoes in next today. Not sure if i should get a new dress or not, as ill have to buy a 12 and before too long it will be too big. But ive only got 2 dresses in a 12 and ive been wearing them out a lot. Maybe i can get a stretchy 10 dress will see when i get there. Then off to see my mum and a friend this afternoon. Should get home around 9 and then off to curry/quiz night where I shall just have water or a coke zero.

Hoping my tummy settles down today as it was pouring out me last 4 days not sure if it's a tummy bug or not but I'm not stopping diet either way as I'm in the zone and I'm on a roll. I'm starting to think this could be a bug as its not getting any better yet.

On a positive side scales are dropping nicely and weigh in day is getting closer. This is where I start wishing my time away as I want to be at goal tomorrow. I guess there will come a day when I will be at goal tomorrow.

A busy day 5 and my tummy has settled down a lot.

I've been to the curry and quiz night and just had water and now bf is ordering his kebab or pizza. So I shall have my can of coke zero and snuggle up in bed as I'm tired.

How are u finding the flavours ? When's weigh in day for you? Mines on Monday

It's good being in the zone I stay strong through out as I'm in a hurry to be slim.
I went to next yesterday tried on some size 12 dresses omg the mirrors there are horrible. It made my back look so fat and awful. Right then I thought omg I'm on this diet until that comes off for sure.

Well day 6 for me and I'm doing good tonight I've got a wedding evening party to attend so I've opt to drive there and I'll take my can of coke and possibly a bar with me.

I have occasions and party's every weekend both sat and sun. So there's never a good time to start the diet. Plus being invited out so much means I Want to look good and wear slinky dresses and that is helping me stay on top of my weight.
 
Yeah getting into nice dresses really is a good motivation! I have my uni leaving do on the 22nd (2 weeks) not sure what to do as we are staying in a hotel and had planned t get hammered! However I am hoping to have the strength that u have and stick with it, I don't think I will want o ruin all my work by them cos I should be in he 12 stones somethings by then

I'd take a shaker and my packs with me and drink water u can still have a good time. I went out clubbing til 5 am and party's and pubs every weekend for the 12 weeks I did on diet. As I knew its hard to get back on track plus u lose a week so I wasn't prepared to have these set backs. Plus the amount of money I saved I could go buy new skinny clothes to aim for :)

Good plan! We are having a meal out, but will order salad or something and just pick at it, will be chatting anyway so no on will notice, may as well drive too, may just pretend I have a kidney infection an on anitibiotics save having t get nagged! Will save loads on wine and taxi's!!!

Just have 3 packs and order a grilled chicken salad then just eat the allowed salad. I opt to drive to as noone pressurises u to drink if your driving. Plus tap water in pubs and clubs are free. All that money saved can buy new skinny clothes :) and you will have a fab time.

I'm out to a wedding tonight so 3 packs for me and I'll take a bar incase the buffet doesn't have any lean protein or salad. Oh and I'll take coke zero in a can and drink water all night. I'm quite used to socialising now on this diet.

It can be worked around these events :)
