16 Stone to 12 Stone 5lb - only another 2 Stone to go!

Hi All,

Its been a while since I posted. I am losing my way a bit with plan and me of all people should know what to do!!

My pics always make me smile and I just need to keep the faith and believe in myself! I feel so much better I do not work as hard with the weight loss. Is it just me??
