Well its as it says in the title.
Im down another 4lb this week,would have loved for it to have been the 5lb to hit 5 stone.:rolleyes:Anyway its weigh in number 13 and i cant complain about my losses,so far so good.Im on track to losing the 6 stone i wanted to lose before i go on my holidays.

Keep losing everyone xx

Well done again wish I could do it....
I cant say that i have any tips as such.I just follow the rules and hope for the best..lol.

I do exercise though.I walk 6-7 miles 4 days per week and i was doing the 30 day shred up until yesterday but i cant go on with it as i have a pinched nerve in my shoulder...im flipping raging so i am.I`ll just do some alternative exercises instead.
Running around after 2 kids also gives me a workout too :)
