keep going, you will get through it! I was the same at the begingin.:)

It does seem hard, but i promise it will get a bit eaiser!:rolleyes:

I agree, it does seem hard at first but you get used to the way of counting and it does get easier after week 4 as you'll go up to your full calorie allowance! Yay!

im on my second week of RC solo slim and have lost my first 5 pounds did find weekend hard coz was asked by my lil boy to make cake then couldnt resist but eat some but just found if i wanted something sweet would have cup of tea with splenda in it and have been drinking loads of sparkling water as it makes you feel full

im on day two! feeling quite hungry too, all i can think about is food! so far so good though, im doing slimfast, what diets are you guys doing? Ill try the sparkling water! i find having a cup of tea helps alot too, just need to learn to not have biscuits with it!
