1st time Slim faster! Wish me luck!

Hi all (waves) Im Clare aged 24,yo yo dieter,mainly stuck with slimming world but stopped smoking in January and finding it really difficult so decided to opt for a different route...its my first go at slim fast and hoping for a little help as feel like im eating quite a lot and really have felt full up past 2 days which is unusual for me lol. Please correct me if im going wrong anywhere,thanks! Heres my food diary for the past 2 days.

Day 1!
10am-SF Summer strawberry shake
12pm-90 calorie bag of crisps
12.30pm-banana
4.30pm-Fish Pie with veg
5pm-10 grapes
7pm-SF Summer strawberry shake
1000 calories

Day 2!
9am-SF Summer strawberry shake
10am-banana
1pm-small jacket potato,tuna,cheese,salad
4pm-SF chocolate nougat bar
4.30pm-10 grapes
6pm-SF Chocolate crunch meal bar.
1300 calories

Hi Clare. How are you finding SF? I started today after 7 months on SW so using SF as a kick start and to vary diet really. Your meals look good to me so far. :)
 
Hi Kelly,finding it quite easy if im honest,eating regular and not feeling the urge to snack which is brilliant. My weigh in will be on Wednesday morning. Go on holiday in 8 weeks so hoping I have a steady 2 pound a week weight loss which would be brilliant. How are you getting on Kelly? Are you eating similar to me,hoping im doing it all correct! x

I'm glad your finding it easy! Yeah I'm not doing too bad. I think because I'm switched from slimming world to slim fast I'm not used to eating so little at lunch lol. But am hoping will power will get me through it! Where are you going on holiday?? Me and my other half have both booked a week in August off to go away but not sure where yet, it'll probably be really expensive as its the summer holidays. But I would like to have maybe 4 stone gone but I could be being a bit ambitious! I think your meals seem fine for the plan but I don't have that much experience with SF but I'm eating roughly same as you. It was my first day yesterday and I had:
Breakfast- choc shake
Snack- satsuma
Lunch- choc crunch bar and small salad of lettuce cucumber tomatoes and celery.
Snack- SF cheese bites
Dinner- chicken in pitta with salad
Snack- yogurt.

I'm just about to make my breakfast shake and am going to try banana (powdered in tin) so hoping that it is nice! X
 
Yes pretty much eating the same then,well its 3rd day for me,trying to have a range of SF products,see what I like most,so far the meal bar and strawberry shake have been yack,just has a blissful banana shake ready made,that was quite yummy actually. x

Day 3!
7.30am-SF blissful banana ready made shake
9am-Banana
10.30am-SF Chocolate crunch bar

2Pm-SF rich chocolate shake
4pm-5 grapes n a few haribo-my 2yo son made me lol
6Pm-2 slices pizza n fries-ok so about 200 calories over but that's my treat 4 the week..disappointed in myself as its only day 3 but going to recover it tomorrow
1500 calories :-(

See I like the premade choc shakes but not in a tin and I like the powdered tin strawberry but not premade lol. First time trying banana from powder tin and is quite nice. Poured over Ice. Do you use powdered ones at all? X
 
Yes the summer strawerry ones iv had were powdered,disgusting lol! Iv got the chocolate powdered one at home so ill give that a whirl tonight..just getting to grips to what we like best isnt it,im going to finish the strawberry tub off but wont be buying it again. Really enjoyed the banana premade,will have to try the powdered. Have you tried any meal bars,i bought a pack of chocolate crunch but wasnt impressed,but again Ill finish the pack and try different ones next time x

Yeah this is true just got to find what works for us. I like the choc crunch bars. But I have a sweet tooth so maybe that's why lol. I haven't tried any other bars yet though, I do buy the tesco ultra slim bars as they're cheaper and taste just as nice. I tend to put mine in the fridge then it's harder to eat and slows me down lol
 
The choc nougat bar is nicer than the choc crunch bar..got all the brands of every option to start with just so I know which varietys I like. Finding it hard to drink 2 litres of water also...might be a stupid question but do you think coffee counts,iv been having 2 a day since I started SF..black with 1 sweetener and the smallest dash of skimmed milk x

I think coffee would count yes I think they say that tea coffee sugar free squash and diet coke etc all count towards your water intake but obviously it's better to drink plain water but I'm not a fan either. I drink flavoured fizzy water like the white grape and blackberry water from tesco which I love. You could also try ice cold water which I find easier. X

Oh well that's good to know not keen on fizzy drinks but Will manage it if i can put sugar free juice in. Just find it hard in general to drink so much lol. Just had a powdered chocolate shake much better than the strawberry. What r u doing for meal today. Hubby wants a Chinese n iv totted up that i could have a sensible portion of chicken n mushroom with fried rice so happy happy lol x

Oooh I love a Chinese! Dinner tonight I'm going to do chicken wrapped in bacon with new potatoes and salad. Yum yum! Finding today quite easy actually. :) hows your day going x

Funny day 4 me not had time 2 plan at all. Back to it tomorrow!

Very nice,best one iv had so far,they are on limited edition at the mo,think I got it from Boots,will def be getting more of..yum! x
 
Oooh very nice. Might pop in there and try one. I'm just having a nice choc crunch bar and 3 satsumas. The satsumas I bought are soooo tiny!

Is that a meal bar 1 or snack 1..i just dint like the meal bars at all. The snack bars r nice tho. Felt really full up today. Just had spaghetti bol made the healthy way lol but then had a quarter of an Easter egg n a plum. Can we have chocolate then as long as its in the 300 calories 4 snacks. Got 2 say this diet seems too easy 2 be true lol x
 
That was the meal bar. Oooh love Easter eggs! I only got one and I ate it last tues night before starting on this diet lol. I think if you use your 3 snacks on the choc it would be fine considering slim fast offers choc snack bars anyway. Aah back to work tomo. Back to reality. At least I don't have to worry bout sorting out lunch etc for tomo. I take in a shake ready made for breakfast at my desk and slyly pour into a mug so no one sees and will b having crunch bar for lunch. I'm
Quite excited to see how much I've lost at tomo weigh in class. Obviously won't be telling them my secrets of how I lost it this week lol. I feel naughty doing SF but then going to SW classes but hey ho!
 
Day 7
