1st week on weight to go

weighed in this morning and im down 9lbs.

im very very pleased with this as i have never done this diet before and im really loving the food and the weight loss.

Thats fantastic you must be buzzing with that. 9lbs in 1 week, and no hunger wot a bonus.... this weight to go must be as good as diet chef
