1st week result - WOW!

Well eagarly got on the scales this morning, and i am an amazing 13lb lighter!!! Bloody brilliant, have found this week so easy to do, i think it really does help to get your head in the right place before you start, i have been putting it off for months to restart, and now i am so pleased i found my will power x
