1st week weigh in.....

Hi there, just got back from my 1st weigh in and lost 4lbs!!

I did stick to red/green days and although I did have a few whoopsies along the way (houmous and yogurts not being syn free and not realising before it was waaaaaaay to late!) I think I did quite well.

Please any newbies feel free to share your success with me......:)
