Yes folks Im an idiot! From yesterdays gain dissapointment I went and ate toast for breakfast, I managed to stick to LT the rest of the day but then got up this morning and discovered it's TOTM so then realised that's what caused yestedays gain.

Did this spur me to be good today? No it did not, I had porridge and a steak sandwich! What a plank I am!

I feel awful for it, dead groggy and full and I don't like it, I'm actually missing the hunger pangs!

I could kick myself but instead I shall use this as a learning curve to not go off on a food rampage ever again!

I love LT and the results it gives, let's just hope I can reign it back in for WI on Saturday xx

You wombat! I had a couple of slices of parma ham last night (it was horrible and I didn't enjoy it so threw the pack away) but woke up without the cravings and feeling much stronger......if you're going to blow it don't have ANYTHING with carbs in it then your ketosis won't be interrupted and it won't be so hard to get back into the zone.

PS men aren't worth it........:sigh: you're only harming yourself, he probably couldn't give a sh*t

Glad you back on the wagon so quick. I had a 2 week blip and ate like food was gonna be put on rations or something! lol

your blip is very minor compared with mine so good on ya for realising so quick and gettin back on board...

Lol! I don't think you were far wrong with rations! But at least they are rations that will get us lovely and slim! X

hey sweetie.. just put it behind you and as they say.. keep calm and carry on... trust me you dont want to fall off now, hopefully you can get your head back in the right space and move forward and forget it happened... onwards and downwards on the scales.. you can do it :) xx
