Hi all

Ive restarted my journey once again :sigh: but really eager to get on with it. Didnt no if to post in here or under food diaries as im putting what i do daily and feeling as well as menus.

30th december 2009

Rejoined group and brought 12 week pass and weighed in at 16st 6lbs which is still lower than last years (phew), i no its gonna be slow losing weight as it is always a slow one for me but im doing ee and if i only lose 1lb thats still 3st 7lbs off for this time next year.

Well i hope i can keep up on this and stick to it as if not ive wasted 50 on a countdown :mad:

Ohh what a day, been doing housework and getting ready to go to mums for the night.

Not had much to eat but will put menu down below soon.

Went shopping (mad as hell) and got a few stuff for the next couple of days. Before on sw i use to buy all shopping for week then half way through i didnt have any more fruit or veg as it went off, so i have now decided to buy bits by bits and not to waste money on rubbish on kids :D

Breakfast had nothing was to busy

Lunch 2x ww bread (HexB), lurpak (1.5), mayo (1), lettuce, tomato, spring onions, ham, satsumas

Dinner batchelors ham and leek with gammon straight after melons and satsumas (for 1/3 superfree), milk (HexA)

Loads of bacardis and diet pepsi 4 servings in fact but i reckon even just over syns but had good night :D

snacks Be Good to Yourself, Sour Cream & Chive Crispy Potato Bites, 20g bag while they were eating chocolate (3.5)

Welcome back to the future - a slim one.

Im going to be doing the same as you. A diary with a little of menus but not every single thing I eat as its going to be more ramblings than anything. But hopefully will keep me on the straight and narrow.

Happy new year all :D:D

Well was at mums today but came home to let dog out and to have breakfast here, then dinner at mums, now 8.30pm and still not hungry for another meal so enjoying some fruit after nice bath, but having some bacardi's to use syns up for today.

No exercise today as kids not back in school till tuesday (yesssss)

Breakfast 3 eggs, mushrooms, bacon, mozerella (HexA) speghitti and tomato sauce

Dinner roast beef 2x yorkshire puds (5) sprouts, broc, cauli, carrots, swede, potatos, gravy (3)

snacks banana, satsumas, melon, bacardi (8) diet pepsi :p

Just realised i put january down for past 2 days duh me lolol :rolleyes:

Well they finally arrived with my replacement tv, since it broke 23rd december and its a newer version so im happy it has full hd as other was hd ready at no extra cost :D:D.

Didnt get up till 11.30 today i was just so tired but need to get in routine as kids back school next week, well nearly 4pm and im itching to get on wii fit but i no that my youngest wont let me on it and he will take over so may wait till they at school tbh, i no i shouldnt let him get away with stuff but its just not worth the hassle with him having autism :(.

Eaten well today and IM DRINKING WATER omg not diet pepsi :eek: well with diet vimto in it but really weak and i cant believe it hahaha :eek::eek:

Breakfast, banana

Lunch, pitta bread (5.5) mayo (2), extra lean mince beef, cauli, broc, carrots, cajun spices, melon

Dinner, rice, extra lean mince beef, baked beans in tomato sauce, tin tomatos, chilli con carne spices, mushrooms and left over swede and carrots and peas from yesterday might as well use them for 1/3

Snacks satsumas, hotchocolate x3 (3), hifi bar (HexB), milk (hexA)

Woke up with headache from day before but had it all night, had tabs and feel much better now, someone said just drink loads which i didnt today until now well before anyways.

Had dad round fixing stuff today and was in and out to shops so i didnt eat a proper meal till 5.30pm i no it isnt good but i have prawns in sauce for later if hungry.

Breakfast banana, snacked on ham about 12ish

Lunch, sw paprika home made chips, 4x lean unsmoked back bacon all trim off, 2 eggs, marrowfat peas, no 1/3 superfree on plate but did have loads of melon afterwards then muller light vanilla with dark sprinkles chocolate

Later on prawns in mayo and tomato sauce (5) with lettuce tomato and spring onion

Snacks satsumas, milk (HexA) hot chocolate x3 (3) hifi bar (HexB), sainsburys low fat crisps (3.5)

Syns 11.5

Hope i can manage snacks later if not i wont eat the prawns cos need to use a + b's first

Tomorrow one kid at school so may get wii fit out as to blooming icy outside and roll on tuesday may go gym after taking kids to school for an hour :D

Got up late again, but still with headache, and still haveit now at 21.47pm grrr and no tablets

Well not done much today as weather is horrid and stayed in again :sigh: i didnt feel like skiing or making a night at a&e.

Lunch prawns in mayo and tomato sauce(2) with jacket pot, lettuce, spring onions, tomatos

Dinner lancashire hot pot, carrots, onions, beef, bovril, potatoes, swede, bro, cauli, some meatballs with cheese inside (1) was clearing out freezer and that what i found

Snacks clementines, pear, hifi bar (B) milk (A) hot chocolatex3 (3) 2x sainsburys crisps (9)

Well what a horrid day, firstly i was looking forward to go for a swim today, but all three of kids were off school cos of the snow and to top it off tomorrow as well :mad:, secondly i couldnt move my car out of the snow as my drive is up a bit of hill so i couldnt go bank and get stuff for diet, so had to send 11 year old over to bank and then bit of shopping, he could only get bits as was to heavy and slippy for him. Thirdly i couldnt visit my mum with the kids as it was her birthday i feel soooo bad she only half hour walk but wasnt chancing it.

Food wise today isnt that good as wanted to get some veg and fresh fruit today for next couple of days, tomorrow is wi night and if i cant shift my car im going to have to pay for taxi as im not missing my first back wi and ive done so well as you can see and i pray for a loss i really do :D

Breakfast hifi bar(B) satsumas

Lunch pasta, chicken, bacon, sweetcorn, Mayo (4) melon before meal for 1/3

Dinner rice chicken thai chicken schw packet (3.5) cauliflower, spring onions

Snacks milk(A) hotchocolate x3(3), sainburys crisps 4.5

Well had a weird couple of days as said on other post.

Breakfast, mushroom foo yung with eggs mushrooms spring onions, speghitti and tomato sauce, banana

Dinner, beef stir fry with egg noodles, spring onions, mushrooms, peppers onions hot and spicy sauce flavouring herbs

Supper, tesco h/l barmcake (B), beef, lettuce, tomato, spring onions, lurpak (1.5) mayo (2)

Snacks satsumas, melon, banana, milk (a) hot chocolate x3 (3) sainsburys low fat crisps (4.5)

Trying to stay at 10 for week or round about as i dont think ee is working for me :mad::mad:

Had a better day today, as got my car outta drive and got out of this blooming house for a few hours, because didnt get up till late then out to mums i had to take a quick snack for lunch grrrrr

Lunch, Super Low Fat Noodles, Sweet Thai Chilli

Dinner, melon, 2 pork loin medellions, mash, carrots and swede, brocolli, cauliflower, petit pois, gravy (2.5)

Snack mullerlight dark chocolate, Milk (a) forgot about b, satsumas, hot chocolate (3) sainsbury crisps (4.5)

OH MY F'ING GOD :eek:

What a day ive had, got up feeling great and had loads of washing (pots) to do so went to do them, filled sink up and to my horror yes horror :eek: the water was stinking cold and my blue light wasnt on the boiler neither. So i had to call someone out for boiler to fix it as im in council and they said someone will call me back to tell me when calling, in mean time my sink was flipping block as flipping well argggggghhhhhhhh :mad::mad:, i was not a happy bunny. So i had to pan out the water into the grid, so glad the sink is right at window and we found the pipe outside was frozen solid so me and 16 year old got it sorted after while.

I went for dad who has same boiler and his happened day before, got back son told me the boiler man came and then gone :eek::eek: stupid boy not letting him in, dad couldnt fix it as not same problem so i rang them back up and took dad back, came back and luckily the guy came back to find out my fan has stop working, so yes no hot water or heating argggghhhhhhh, what a blooming day.

So eating wise came at 2-3pm as ive been up most night with bad back i think due to wind trapped from pork night before lol, so instead i changed my day from ee to red as didnt have much green

Lunch, tesco h/l barm (B) lashings of ham mmmmm

Dinner pork loin, mash (B) swede and carrots, brocolli, cauliflower, peas(1), gravy (2)

Snacks milk 2x(a) hot chocolate x3 (3) mayo (2) crisps (5)

Hey all

Cant believe its been nearly 4 days since ive posted on here, well not had much to eat and was car hunting for past 3 days because my 4 seater isnt big enough for the family no more so had over 1 year left on son's motability and we finally upgraded and getting new car in march woop woop new reg to, and im not keen on the make of car being a nissan but its like a blooming 4x4 and looks a good car, i cant say it let alone spell but will try its a quasqai i think and its okies, but eldest is begging me not to get it hahahaha.

Went to wi after 2 weeks on plan and first wi and only lost 2lbs, very gutted but a loss is a loss i suppose.

Will put today's food diary later on here so will edit and im blitzing my house today and then going to sort out when to go swimming etc probably start all that next week :D

Morning all, had a few couple of days off plan but not totally off plan if you no what i mean, just didnt eat much and when i did eat it wasnt off plan. I think i just thought wow only 2lbs off for last 2 weeks as first back on but today i have a different look and thought no a loss is a loss and get on with it so had a lovely breakfast and feel good now, but i think im going to have more of veg on a plate now more than 1/3 to see if that will boost it and stay with 10 syns and only have little fruit too, im willing to try something to suit me and hopefully lose.

Well house is nearly all tidy but when i do one room brats make a mess in room just tidied lol, so im going to finish off and prepare dinner and tea for later.

I also need to monitor my water to make sure drinking enough

Breakfast - 2 asda thin sausages (4), 2 bacon all fat cut off, eggs, massive mushrooms, baked beans, glass of diluted diet vimto (big glass)

Lunch - New potatos, asda cottage cheese with onion and chives, few prawns, lettuce, tomato, spring onions and cucumber

Dinner - Extra lean mince beef, peppers, mushrooms, baked beans, chopped tomatos, chilli powder, chillies, onions, white rice, brocolli and cauliflower

Snacks - pineapple, melon, hifi bar (B), skimmed milk (A), hot chocolate (3) barcardi (5)

2x 500ml water with vimto atm, 330ml diet coke

Well had a busy day, not much to report tbh, as said in another post about my good deeds of the day, basically making it easier for one self and not wasting food :D:D

Well tomoz i intend to go swimming first thing after dropping kids of then back home for brekkie, and finish off housework. In fact i will get cossie ready soon as i no i wont bother with it in morning hehe

Breakfast not had any :(

Lunch - Asda wholemeal pitta bread (B), extra lean mince beef, cauliflower, brocolli, carrots, 2 x mayo (4)

Dinner - Dunno what meat tbh till cook it lol, sw roasties, swede and carrots, sprouts, brocolli and cauliflower mmmmm gravy (1) only a tad well all depends on meat

Snacks - pineapple, mullerlight smooth, bacardi (5), diet coke, milk (A) hot cocoa (4) should only be 3 but i like to add extra one just in case

syns - 14

Water - only had 500ml atm, diet coke so need to drink 3 more glasses tonight, should be doable:D

Well got up this morning feeling very tired so did not go straight to swimming as had to rush kids to school. Came home and did a bit of housework and made a lovely brekkie, had no lunch cos was still full from brekkie, and now its 4.24 and kids doing head in already arrrrgggghhhh. Not much more to say today as been lazy.

Keep checking on scales and they aint budging only moving up a bit :eek::eek:

Breakfast - 3 eggs (omlette) mushrooms, tomato, bacon, speghitti in tomato sauce. mozerella (A)

Dinner - Pasta, extra lean mince meat, chopped tomatos, herbs, garlic, peppers, mushrooms

Snacks - Hifi bar (B) rocky bar (5)

Syns - 5 atm

Today feel like crap tbh, yesterday i stump my toes and still cant move them and when i try to walk its on the side now that is blooming hurting so when i walk its taking forever :mad:

Its defo good job had stuff ready for week ie vegs and stuff

Breakfast - hifi bar (B) mullerlight yoghurt

Lunch - Sw chips pot and sweet pot, asda chickpea dahl tin, 2 eggs, there was nothing i could have with that as couldnt stand long to make lunch

Dinner - Pork, swede and carrots, sw roasties, sprouts, brocolli, cauliflower, gravy (2)

Snacks - hot chocolate (3) milk (A)

Well went to wi last night and put 1.5lbs on :cry::cry:

Spoke to the C and basically he said nothing he can suggest maybe going back to green and odd red where i was losing before, so after being in mood last night, ive decided to try green and red days to see if any different.

Its nearly 2pm and only just got up about half hour ago as youngest been up since 2am wide awake (damn medication not working well) and he still awake :eek:, hopefully his trampoline lesson will whack him out later hahaha

So had nothing to eat yet but before i go to trampoline ill have summat

Lunch - 3 eggs, mushrooms, spring onions, tomato, baked beans in tomato sauce, 42g mozerella (A)

Dinner - Pasta, mushrooms, sweetcorn, 71g chicken breast (B), 1 strip of bacon 28g (2), mayo (4)

Snacks - hifi bar (B) 350 skimmed milk (A), hot chocolate (4) bacardi (5)

Syns 15

I have really enjoyed todays green day which is a surprise and ive not had other a or b yet

Well i really enjoyed my green day yesterday and i was totally surprised, today going for red and ive heard it is better if you eat every 2 hours so here goes

10.30am - breakfast - 2 x richmond thin sausage (5), bacon, tinned tomatoes, mushrooms, 2 eggs

12.30pm - snack - mullerlight yoghurt, vanilla with dark chocolate sprinkles

2.30pm - Lunch - 1 x asda wholemeal pitta bread (B), extra lean mince with cajun spice, carrots, brocolli, cauliflower, mayo (2)

4.30pm - snack - mattessons fridge raiders chicken bites (1.5) 35g

6.30pm - Dinner - casserole beef all fat off, swede and carrots, brocolli, cauliflower, sprouts

8.30pm - Snack - 350ml skimmed milk (A), hot chocolate (3), hifi bar (B), sainsbury crisps (3.5)

Syns if works correctly 15

Water to have 4 x 500ml diluted NAS vimto
