2013 Newbie on EE

Hi, I'm Vanessa. I have never done slimming world before, only Herbalife and weightwatchers, but I have heard so many stories about being able to eat more, so I thought I would try it.
I am 15 stone, having put on 3 stone over the last 2 years. I would like to lose at least 5 stone and am hoping that this is the year for me.
I am a carer, so being at home gives me more opportunities to cook from scratch which I love.
I hope that people can guide me as I go along and give me any advice.

Hi Vanessa, good luck with slimming world, you look a lot more organised than i am. Im relatively new to the plan too, still trying to get my head around all the rules.

L. Pasta w/ 50g light sweet chilli philli (HEA), ham, red onion, mushroom and spring onion
Plum, alpen light (HEB)

D. Sticky chicken with s/w egg fried rice
alpen light (HEB), blackberries, lindt mini gold bunny (3), wotsits (5)
