I'm not losing very much weight on EE either even though I'm following plan, so I thought I'd pop my food into myfitnesspal to look at calories (I've never counted them) and what I have written here is what brings me into my calorie range with the exercise. So I'm not eating badly never really have, but I'm consuming too many calories. So thought I'd see what combining the two will do for a week.

cheers, but my diary is quite boring! I put down the ingredients rather than say what I'm doing with things for the most part unless it's obvious like lasagna.

had drs appointment so fasted didn't take blood as was too late. Have to fast again tomorrow though. Recommended doing the 5:2 diet
