cheers! You'll find it looks like I'm having the same thing over and over again, which in one sense is correct. Rather than saying I've done the chicken with this spice or this herb, I just say chicken. Same goes with the pasta, I add veg or some of the cheese or ham or whatever is going on but I write pasta. I'm going to be going on a meatball binge once I get turkey mince on monday. So I'll be having meatballs with pasta, veg/meatball kebabs, etc etc etc. It will be written down as meatballs so you have to think about what I might be doing with things.

One thing I discovered recently is ice poles. You can basically have 3 for 1 or 1.5 syns which is great. Takes me ages to eat one let alone three. Super low syn treat and I don't feel the need to buy ice cream (plus at £1 per box super cheap too). The other thing I've found is asda's high end range bar of chocolate for £1 and 70% cocoa you only need one square (2.5 syns) as super rich and should keep the cravings away.

Great tips especially the ice poles! I'm going to get some of those! Dont know if you know or not but lidl and also to bigs packs if fresh turkey breast mince much cheaper and leaner than the thigh mince you get in Tesco and Asda.
 
ohh I was there today getting full of cherry toms for 39p (won't tell you I lost my cucumber on the bus, booooo!!!!!!). I was going to go to asda and get the mince, but since I have to go back to lidl to get the rest of my veg for the week I might take a peak at their turkey mince while I'm there. Thanks for that tip.
 
That's ok :) its so much nicer than thigh mince and definitely free, some of the thigh mince is quite fatty. Poor you losing the cucumber!
 
Well my Lidl doesn't do it, or at least it was no where to be found today. Will keep an eye out for it, but will have to venture to Asda tomorrow morning. I feel sorry for the person who found it, wondering what the cucumber was doing all by itself on the bus.
