Thank you! I'm afraid I'm not a very good diary keeper, lol. I do have one in the Xenical section, as that's how I started out, but I hardly ever post to it! Basically I just plod along, calorie counting. I don't exercise because of health issues, so I just have to use strict dietary control. xx
