Wooo indeed! Couldnt wait to have some chocolate biscuits haha. I was very naughty and had around 6 choc biscuits and a cuppa this morning.so syns have gone so I best just calorie count lol really needed the sugar fix though.

Since I started 8 days ago ive lost 5lb.an inch off my hips and 3 inches off waist :D xx

Well lol I'm having golden Graham's cereal for dinner LOL I've really been dying to have them, keep forgetting at breakfast, so having them for dinner lol. Going to have a ww wrap pizza for tea with chips and salad :) xx

Yeah 100%.ive lost more this week than I did with SW.plus it kinda gives me a challenge.I kinda found SW mundane and boring.and I think it made me rebel and have big cheat days which would stop my losses for the whole week. Whereas ive always been a big fan of vlcd's but id gain all the weight back when I went back to "eating normally" and I could genuinely see myself keeping this way of eating forever!

Todays not been as good as it could have. But needed chocolate so bad! Xx

Im the opposite.up cleaning at 3am.UD's im ready for bed early though.ive been very good today.any idea how many calories would be in 10 oven chips though?lol I have no idea of weight of them lmao x
