Hi all,

I put on full 6kgs that I lost last year. Mainly due to lack of exercise, desk job, not very healthy eating.

I am starting my journey again, and like last time, I am counting on this forum for inspiration.

I work full time and I have a child (husband doesn't help much). So my workout options are limited.

My options:

1. walk 2.5 miles on my way to work - possible only on tue, wed, thurs
2. walk 2.5 miles on my way back home - possible only on mon, tue, wed
3. Cross trainer (vfit -at home)- possible everyday ; morning and evening - but only for 20-25 mins at a time

what is the best combination of the above options for optimum weight loss? I am 5"4 tall and my bmi is 26.5

I am a vegetarian and I am eating sensibly. I drink less water - improving on that...

Thank you,
Tulipz

I would do a little something every day; walk Monday-Thursday, Friday and Saturday I would do my 20-25 minutes and Sunday be a rest day.

Don't push yourself too hard when just starting.

If you can cross train every day I would go for that. The more exercise you do the better it is for your body, you can't over exercise

Make sure to mix up your work outs or your body will get use to it and you won't make much improvement.
