cant believe i am still going never thought after week 1 i could last this long but got easier and easier bar the odd day

i could have stepped up the steps but i knew i had a few holidays and 2 stags so i jsut had a few days off on each holiday were i would choose healhy choices

i am down about 7 stone 3 and think ive lost around 4 or 5 pounds this week so be around 7 half stone tommorow in 5 and a half months

the key for me has been the water and the conssitent losses that has kept me going

when i did have the holidays i dranks lots of water and did not weigh myself for 2 days after and came back lighter both times so if you go away dont be scared you can still loose the 2nd trip i even treated myself to a hamburger and chips and got on with it the next day i knew that was it for a long time eating that.

Another 3 -4 weeks i will move up to ss plus and then quite quickly on to 810-1000
