44 days to go been 100% altho still bo food all day. Cnt wait till 8.50pm then gna av my tesco strawberry water & apple water so should be 4 litres dne 2dy as i had 1litre @ 4am. Then gna av my tesco chocolate bar mmm with a cup of strong tea. Looking forward to it 2nyt ;)

Really disappointed... I just realised it WI day & ive sts. Im still 11.10 :( i feel like crying. Im not due on so dnt gt it. I had a cpl of ts dys so thinkin maybe thats affected it. But it shudnt. I feel si dishearted. Im glad im fasting right now as that is the only thing stopping me from hitting the bad foods!!!

So yes2dy wz ok... Drank way to much & then felt so sick & bloated i looked pregnant! Lol
So wz so upset with my weight sts i feel the scales r never gna move :(

OMG day 16 down with only 40 days left OMG ! I need to give myslf a kick up my backside & gt my head in gear. Wht im finding hard is whn im opening my fast i cnt av my shake cos iv gt my in laws there sitting around the dinner table & they dnt knw abt exante. OH is supportive & tries to help. I just dnt want to create a scene over itmake me been on exante a big deal.
Hw can i overcome this?!?!
Im no where near my target weight yet. I feel like cryin! Like im letting myslf dwn... But i knw i can do this!
Only positive side thats keepin me going right nw is that my clothes r much looser & i fit in2 size 12s (depends on shop!) but its still size 12 .
So 2mrw is a new day & i have to think if a way to deal with thia dilemma!!

Had a good day fasting & even at eating time wz good. Im feelin positive at the moment & feel like i may have just turned a corner. So im still gna tke one day at a time.

Days 18&19 down & only 36 days left its gettin 2 tight! Just over a month 2go & im really letting my self dwn big time:((. Im been realistic i dunno if il mke my target of 28lbs loss. I feel devastated.... But its my own stupid damn self. I feel so fat & ugly!!!!
I have one or two good dys & then my routine gts hit 2 the curb & i lose track & fall off the wagon. Had a dinner party yes2dy eve 4 ib laws (cousins). Although i havent been very bad as iv been avin lots of salad & proteins i still aint been 100% TS, which is wht I need. Its all or nothing 4me! Mayb 2mrw will be better! I pray it is. So day 20 inshaA will be much better start if a new dawn iA

Day 21 2dy & 35 left. I think iv been more WS recently then TS. Its beem tough with fasting & all. I think its harder cos were all sitting around 4 dinner everyday this month whereas b4 i cud just av my shakes at anytime without any focus on wht im eating. Aaarrrrgggghhhhh this is so frustrating :((
Well day 21 2dy av 2 take 1dy at a time (been saying thos alot :( ) nw & think of excuses 4 dinner time 2 gt out of havin food.
Well a positive note i did a WI on wed & im nw 11.7 wearing size 12-14 clothes. Even 14s a slightly big but not gna chuck thm out just yet.

2dy is sunday 14th & day 23 countdown to 33 days left on plan to Loose 28 lbs. Who im i kidding. Im screwed up. Iv noticed its much harder whn im fasting then whn im not. During the day is fine (totally banned frm anything? But cme opening fast i end up eating smething lyk salad... Bad cos i should be TS 100%.
Feels like its gna take a miracle :( thing is im still losing weight/inches but its slower which i should really b grateful abt. Oh well will keep on tryin :/

My brain is mush!! Im writing this @ 4.04am!! So da correct info, 2dy is actually day 25 on tues 16.8.11. Only 31 days left on this plan... If i stick 2 it IA i can still aim

Ok! The whole day goes so well thn i mess up... I read bk my diary frm whn i 1st started fasting & so frm 2dy im goin 2 deploy the sme tactics!! Also realised i started @ 11.10 2wks ago & nw 11.7 so its better than nothin & at least its NOT a gain!! Iv not been writing evrydy cz my diary is a boring compared 2 othas & i guess i feel i justify any replies (hence. dnt really gt any :( ) cud really do with sme good luck & motivational dust blowin my way.

Fri 19th & 28 dys left....& WTF i completely just wnt berserk on a carb atrack!!!!!!!!! Y? I wz good this eve had all proteins nw jus had 4 items (albeit small) but all carbs! I dnt knw is goin on... TOTM is meant 2 b visitin so im guessin mayb dats da reasn. :(

Hey kay80 just started reading your thread and it's inspiring me to write my own. I'm only on week 1 of exante and it's already tough as it's coming up to my totm. You've only had a small blip in the great scheme of things so just start today as a new day and maybe even set yourself mini goals instead of a bigger one. 3 years ago I did lighterlife and abstained from food for 14 weeks ( losing 4 stone) and can't believe I did it now but I do remember just taking it a week at a time. You'll get there X
 
Wow Kay you are doing so well coping with Exante and fasting . Please don't beat yourself up about a mini carb attack . It's not the end of the world and you can get back onto your exante plan tonight. Maybe you should do WS until Eid and rather than making bad choices plan exactly what you will eat ? Ie so break your fast with a date (tradition) then have a small meal then your cuppa and a bar and a soup or shake for sahoor ? That way you will look "normal " to family at Iftar ? You can hit TS again after Ramadan ? I think you are amazing doing this and having such self control xxxxxx

Tenny whn i 1st strtd the 1st wk wz tough but i was so determined 2do this i stuck to & it was worth cos u c results. I 2did LL 5 yrs ago & lost 3 stone but chose 2do LL this time cos its more flexible & much cheaper. Oh the support u gt here is 100% better.
MK ur right swty i just need to focus like i did in the beginning. Suhoor wz fine id have a shake (dnt do soups) its iftar. maybe i shud try avin a bouillion & say its soup??!?
The thing is hubby is g8 he tries to help but its my brother inlaw (he lives with us the pr*ck) which is the prob. We dnt c eye 2eye & our personalities clash & he scrutinizes everything hence y i dnt wan him2 knw im doin this cos he will make stupid & snide comments which i cnt deal with. Oh i just remembered i was upset las nyt aswell so cudve been other reasn y i hit the carbs... All cos of prick again!!!
