So its mon 19/9 & been a busy wkend!
I cme off plan on sat 2 celeb8 but my plnz were messed up. We ended in a&e as hubbys slipped a disc in his bk so was & still is in agony... & 2 top it off my little baby has got a heavy cold! So wht a g8 way 2 celeb8 my bday & anni :( barely slept in past3 nyts & iv cme on 2 so hvnt realy stuck 2 WS eitha!

Finally heard bk frm them & managed 2 plc my order in tym 4 delivery 2mrw!
Ive ordered the bumper pack of vanilla shakes! & gna av all da otha tesco, BL & asda bars instead.
Im praying this will be my last order ever

So sat 24.9 & day 3 dwn on TS. IA it carrys on this way. Not saying its been easy by any means but glad its day 4 2mrw! Will be happy once day 5&6 r dwn & out then il feel a sense of achievement with good results reflecting on scales... I pray! ;)

Hey well done you for getting back at it!! After you manage the first few days in TS it does get easier, its a pain in the butt, I totally understand, my OH is doing something creative in the kitchen and I have a black coffee :(. HOWEVER you go go go :D get into those skinny jeans!! cos ya'know they are going to look GOOD!

Feelin a little dwn in the dumps 2dy!
Had a mid WI & in 4 dys its only gne dwn by -2lbs. I ws expectin sme mre as its usually a bigger loss on restart :) slightly confused & upset. I as hoping 2 b at least in the late 10s by nxt wk.
The only thing i can put it dwn 2 that i LMP finishd on friday i could just b retaining water... Oh i dunno
Still have 2 focus & perservere!

Thx chick! Im Staying with it im not giving up!

So i recalculated & i actually need to loose 23lbs to gt 2 my bmi of 24 which is my ideal weight.
Ive decided im not gna weigh myslf till official WI days as i end up sabotaging either way if its good or bad results on the scales. Nxt wed is weekly WI so iA it will b a good1!

So a litre dwn already 2dy (26/9/11). Little man woke up & 5.30 & didnt go bk 2 slp argh! His sitting dwn looking all innocent watchin bob the builder atm ;), So ive ended up getting up2. Feels like it might b a long day.

So yes2dy lost my way a bit but im all over that nw! Hubby went in2 hospital & is bk in again l8r 2dy. So been quite worried & stressed out recently :(
I realised if i stuck 2 this i wouldve been well in2 my goal weight by nw!!!! Aarrrggghhh plus iv gt 2 lose 23 llbs its not a huge amount of weight so i knw i can do this. My minds just playa games & somwtimes i feel like a failure :(
All self pity & self indulgence over nw i gt myslf in this mess i have 2 gt myslf out!!
So iv already had my half litre of water so far & sitting here with a coffee.
Bring it on !!!

Hey hun hope ur hubby is ok hugs chick, your not a failure, failure is giving up. We won't give ip this fight lol sounds like a Cheryl cole song line ha ha we keep trying and trying and never give up , pfft 23lbs that will go soon stay strong x

Lol...."We gna fight fight fight 4 this love".... 2 b skinny!!! Love it
So I managed 2 resist a dozen delicious Krispy Kremes yes2dy! My sis decided 2 treat every1... But as tempted as i was i didnt av a bit not a morsel :) just ate my bar instead!
Came hme 2hrs l8r & enjyed my double whammy banana shake

Sitting here drinking my 1.5 litre of water (so will b 2.5 done) & thinking.... Ive gt my nieces birthday bbq on sat @ lunchtime & my cousins engagement on sun so really worried abt them. I myt av2 do WS both dys then im supposed2b off 2 Italy on the 10th so wanted 2 loose as much as i can b4 i go. C im worried cos i knw im an all or nothing person... Im scared if i do WS il fall off the wagon & end of completely off & eat rubbish!! Bit worried right nw Arrrgghh!
