I would love to join in and had my weigh in last night and so my start weight for this is 12st 2lbs. I want to lose the stone to take me well under the 11st 5lbs max for a healthy BMI. This might take me to goal, I'm not sure because although I wanted to lose another stone after that I'm not sure if this won't be too thin and that toning might be what's required after that. It's a wait and see situation.

Wow - this is really snowballing!! I love a good challenge!

Got my weigh-in tomorrow at 5.30. I'm HOPING for a 3lb loss but who knows what it might be on this mad diet!

Hi All,
Just a quickie as loads to do this morning before arrival of DH's auntie & uncle OMG its going to be weird! As well as I know them via phone I've only met them a handful of times and yet have to entertain them alone as DH is working!
Challenge wise.....day 4 of ssing!! OMG I haven't done that for months a whole 4 days totally ssing! I'm tired, hungry and on the verge of stuffing my face!(don't worry I won't)I'm just hoping I'll get a excellent loss next week!
Right shake first then on with quick hoover & dust round.
