Hi everyone just wanted 2 say hi, and introduce myself, I've been a yoyo dieter for almost half my life. I'm Hoping the Dukan diet will produce a great weight loss for me. I'm doing attack for 7 days, my personal program for the cruise stage is 1/1 pp and pv, a tad confused with this as I've seen others doing 2/1, just curious to know why it is different
