ProPoints 2nd Time Around

A little bout me 1st.
I have had 2 gorgeous boys and now a wobbling blob due to no exercise and eating there left overs. My Aim is to loose weight before my eldest starts school in September..eek!
I did the Dukan diet for a few months lost 1.5st but put most of it back on as it is so difficult to maintain especially as i have just gone back to work after maternity leave. I am trying to do weight watchers without joining-money mainly for this choice! I tried ww once before and lost nothing so here goes to 2nd try.

Few questions.. are there any food point lists any where on here? I had the app when i was doing the online ww before.

Please let me know if i have marked up any of my food points wrong
