Managed to lose another 2.5lbs making total of 6lb in 2 weeks. Am very chuffed as already been doing RC for some while, but more importantly than weight loss, I can feel I've lost it and I feel great!!! Is well worth the 2 weeks at 1200 cals. Now up to 1400 cals a week which can include some alcohol! :talk017:
