2nd Weigh In

    Wellllll, I am pleased to announce that whatever the odd glitch on the scales was the other day is gone and I weigh 11st 13!!! Hooray!!!

    That's 3lbs down in week 2, despite my 2 boiled eggys I had last night instead of a pack!

    I have learned two things:

    1. Don't forget your packs if you're going somewhere
    2. There's no point in peeking at the scales before your proper weekly weigh in. That way madness (and possibly pizza, KFC, cheese...) lies.

    People are starting to notice a bit now that I've lost weight. It's a lovely feeling!

    It happens like that sometimes. Or to me, quite regularly :rolleyes:

    There's not harm in peeking as long as you realise you might just be an erratic loser, and therefore the peek may be meaningless, and the time spent peeking is probably 10 seconds out of your life you'll never have back again... ;)
