2nd weigh in

    weel i had my second weigh in and lost 4lbs ...i am very pleased about that ...........but then last night i succombed ? to temptation and ate somrething i realy shouldnt have ....i didnt even enjoy it eith .so i am back 100 % today and forever now ...cant believe how silly i was:copon:

    Yay well done thats a great loss i hope i can get 4lbs this week for my 2nd WI. Just forget about the blip and carry on 100% and ull do great next week too :D:D:D:D

    Put it behind you and be glad for the four pounds! When I'm tempted I just remind myself that every time I stray is a bit longer doing CD and I'd rather get it done ASAP than have one small moment of weakness along the way (I'm also useless at getting back on the wagon so better off not falling off it)!
