Yay well done thats a great loss i hope i can get 4lbs this week for my 2nd WI. Just forget about the blip and carry on 100% and ull do great next week too :D:D:D:D

Put it behind you and be glad for the four pounds! When I'm tempted I just remind myself that every time I stray is a bit longer doing CD and I'd rather get it done ASAP than have one small moment of weakness along the way (I'm also useless at getting back on the wagon so better off not falling off it)!
