Well Done Hun, when you 1st start CD, looking 3 months ahead seems like yonks away if you see what I mean. Only 13 weeks till hubbi is back on leave from Afghan - I do so hope I can lose as much as u and give him the suprise of his life!!! I am a re-starter again & again!!!

Well done thats brilliant. Quick question : I know you did 100 %, but did you have the bars and drink flavourings as well? If you did - Did you have a bar a day?
