3 or 4 products?

hi all I've started exante today hoping to do ts. My question is does any one use 4 products? My mum does LL and is allowed 4 And I think I could get more on board with 4? I know there's a plan u can have 100 cals with 3 products but I don't want any conventional food?

Hey you can only have 3 products because of you have any more you will be kicked out of ketosit, lighter life products are half the weight of exantes that's why your mum will be having 4 a day

There is a 4 a day plan on exante. You just have a limited choice of packs
