3 Positives for today...

1. I did my 60 reps with weights (I've no upper body strength so trying my best :D)
2. I've had a nice day off work
3. I made a 3 week eating plan (which granted includes a lot of sweet things, but people keep saying I'm not having enough syns, so experiments are me (shame I genuinely don't have a sweet tooth) *lol*)

1) I lost 6lb this week- gaining me my 8 stone award

2) I got the Greatest Loser award at my group

3) I bought a pair of size 14 jeans for £8. They don't quite fit- but they wiiiiiiiiill :D
 
What a good day that I have 3 already!

1) Just went through an old purse I hadn't used in years & found £20!

2) I can feel bicep muscles where I couldn't do a month ago

3) my hubby has now given up smoking for 5 weeks

Wow! Number 3 is fantastic give him a well done from me!
 
I lost 1/2lb this week, i feel luck as this was very undeserved!

I've started SW properly again, renewed my enthusiasm
All my meals are ready, can't wait for the Aubergine and Spinach Dahl for lunch as it smelled amazing as I was cooking it!

I bought some wool to crochet a blanket for the lounge (actually want to do two).
 
back on plan

got a fair trade cotton shirt for £2 at tesco today, and it's a size 16. and it looks lovely.

have enough syns left today for half a mars bar lol.
 
1. Passed my driving test today second time lucky so absolutely delighted!!
2. Lost 7 pounds this week bringing me to 1 stone 3 pound lost so far never to be seen again and got my stone sticker:)
3. Went to zumba and had a lovely catch up with my friends-what a fantastic day I am a very happy bunny :)
 
1. Even though I put on half pound last night I'm ok with it!
2. It's my birthday on Friday!!!!!
3. Did an hour gym workout today, felt good. :)
 
1) Had a nice day off work, did a little bit of shopping which was lovely

2) While trying on clothes I didn't think I looked that bad in the mirror

3) Doctor was nice to me and said I looked good which was nice to hear.
 
Forgot mine for yesterday and I haven't ever missed a day before (been ill but will still give it a go!)

1- was the 29th so an extra day! :)

2 - hubby rung me to just say hello and check I was feeling ok.

3 - even tho I was ill, I managed to get quite a lot of my planning done! :)
 
1)I finish at four and have the evening off so will go to bed early. I can also take some iron as I forgot to bring any to work.

2) I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror and noticed I have the dimples in my face back!

3) food plan is going well.

Really struggling with this today :(
 
my first week of going it alone, and a week which contained hubby's cooking and my having surgery and I've lost another 1.5lbs.

I'm more awake than i have been in days

been trying to stay on plan, am having a takeaway tonight though; but making sensible choices about it.
 
1. Got a pay rise, which means I can now keep my gym membership !!!! :-D
2. Going to local farm shop later to stock up on lots of fresh fruit and veg.
3.best mate is taking me out for dinner tonight to celebrate my birthday tomorrow.

1) Work was quite nice today, went quickly too

2) It's a beautiful day today

3) I feel happy.
 
1) was looking for something else and came across some new jammie bottoms I got for Xmas that hadn't wore yet. I LOVE new jammies :) leopard print and super comfy!

2) built a new clothes rail and got more clothes hangers so can hang up more clothes instead of having them in piles on the floor!

3) ankle is really playing up today so using it as a good reason to go have a lie down in bed with a book :) negative into positive!

1 - just enjoyed a wonderful, slightly off plan, meal out with hubby.

2 - have had a proper 'treat meal' days before WI which hopefully will help and I won't be bloated for WI.

3 - going to bed soon and it's nearly the weekend!!!
