3 Positives for today...

1 - had an amazing day bk on SW after rejoining group.

2 - its half term week!! :)

3 - I come home to find hubby's got me a lovely card for us officially being together 5 years ;-)
 
For yesterday
1. Resisted temptations to indulge at jubilee cake fest
2. Good walk to and from said party
3. Had a lovely family evening together
 
1. Resisted cake on Saturday!
2. The first night our babies didn't need to be fed during the night
3. No rain at the moment
 
For yesterday:

1 - saw my nephew for the first time in a year!! (he loves abroad)

2 - went over my syns by 6 but didn't make the day a right off which is what has happened in the past!!

3 - caught up with tv :) lol
 
1. It's not raining
2. Sorted out loads of baby clothes, been meaning to do for ages
3. DH is generally brilliant and hoovered the living room today :D
 
For yesterday. . .
1. Another person commented on my weight loss :D
2. 100% on plan even though there were sooo many naughty munchies around!
3. Feeling motivated :)
 
I've been on track for a whole week!

I went out and started ck5 at 8am

Finally decided to look on brightside and try to start a new life here (been in folkestone 8 weeks telling myself I hated it daily and was going to move back up north) now I just need to get me a job, some friends a social life ect ect but I'm being positive do it's a start

1) I am getting back on track and in control with my food and exercise today.
2) I came downstairs to a lovely tidy house this morning after having a big housework session yesterday
3) I am going to tackle the clothes that are taking over upstairs - an intend to win!
 
1) planned a week of meals so no falling off the wagon
2) Ive been shopping and stocked up on HEXs and low syn snacks so no falling off the wagon
3) Theres plenty of housework for my body magic :/

1) Prepared myself pasta salad for lunch last night, which I just enjoyed (especially not having to pay for something here
2) First day 100% on plan in far too long, it feels good
3) Erm, almost the weekend!
 
1) Al is on holiday so I have him all week not just for the weekend
2) Have drawn a line under last week and I will be 100% this week
3) My boss is off for the rest of the week so I can have my music on!
 
It was a good day at work today
I'm feeling really full despite not having eaten loads?
I've planned meals and just about to click send on Tesco order - always satisfying!
 
1.) i lost 7lbs at WI :eek:
2.) despite the weather being crap i've been in a good mood all day :)
3.) feeling more motivated than ever!
 
1 - made wise food choices again when eating out (could have so eaten the burger and chips!)

2 - coloured hair and although it's not how I want it, it is much better lol

3 - seen one of my BFs and her new baby :)
 
1. So pleased to be in my 3rd week of 100% :)
2. Bought a bargain tent, we will soon be glamping again :)
3. So proud of the dog at the animal hospital this morning, he was on his best behaviour :)
 
1) Am all organised for friends 'BBQ' tonight (now indoors) with spiced chicken thighs, salad, strawberries and melon, and strawberry and vanilla sugar free sparkling water.

2) I had a nice snooze on the sofa this afternoon (unusual for me)

3) This mornings toning class was a killer, and I was one of only a very few people who managed to keep going without stopping
 
Lost 3 lbs :)

Feel back in track after a good first week bk (hence WI)

Treated myself to chocolate brownie and didn't write off the evening after realising it was 16 syns!!
 
1) Feeling focused
2) Will be using a food diary today (and hopefully from now on)
3) Got time today to plan :D
