3 Positives for today...

1) Half day at work, so leaving in about 45 minutes
2) Going fruit and veg shopping!
3) Wearing some bright cobalt blue trousers that I never would dreamed of wearing pre SW :)
 
1. Have stuck to plan today for the first time in weeks.
2. Got my kindle fire hd and it is lovely
3. Last night I helped at group and so my C gave me a copy of the mag which I will be reading before bed. I do love my first look at the magazine - mostly because I can plan what I want to eat!
 
1.Another 100% day even though I've been to Pizza Hut!
2.I have my beautiful 2 year old niece snuggled up in bed with me looking all lovely and cute :)
3. I saw my mum who I haven't seen for a few weeks and we went sales shopping
 
Nice cinema trip out with friend

Tv finally up on the wall

Hot water bottle made - this is all I could think of
 
1. Home made tomato soup all cooked ready for lunch tomorrow.
2. My cold is finally clearing up
3. OH cleaned the bathroom so that's a job off my list!
 
1) Will be popping in to see a friend after work
2) Getting some shopping in
3) The boyf is away for the night which isn't good, BUT it means I can hog the telly and eat sw-tastically without worrying about feeding him too :)
 
Food shop done... all good stuff bought
Pain management from diet seems to be working
walked to and from town (half an hour at least!)
 
Back on plan, being so good.

Didn't give in to cream scone....when 30 other people around me eating them!

Zumba didn't kill me last night.....
 
Day 3 100% on plan complete.

Nail varnish changed

Decided not to do any work tonight so relaxed
 
1. Met a friend for coffee even though I was feeling miserable.
2. Sent off for a Karen Millen cardy reduced from £99.00 to £25.00 . Ordered size 3 which is a 12-14.
3. Treated myself to a slice of fruit cake and didn't feel bad about it , counted the syns but was not obssessive
 
1. wrote my Turkish essay 2. stuck to my diet 3. got yet another lovely text tonight from my absolutely gorgeous (don't know how I got him) boyfriend who must have been thinking of me before he went to sleep <3 *sigh*
 
1. family ordered takeaway and i was asked if i wanted one but turned it down.
2. i have eaten soooo much superfree it's unreal.
3. written up my food plan for the week.

Love this idea!

1. First day back on plan and feeling amazing!

2. Organised fridge and tin cupboard to help me with cooking. Knowing what we have in makes a difference I think.

3. My parents have already given up for this week (diet always starts tomorrow eh?) but I'm on a mission. Worked out 2.13lbs a week for a year will get me to target. That's 8 stone off!! But sounds so manageable.

Been a long time since I felt THIS positive! Might be posting here regularly x
 
1. Have had a 100% day and I'm not tempted to binge
2. Am loving Assassins Creed Brotherhood and have had a good play on it today
3. The kitchen has been lovely and tidy for a week now
 
- day 7 of 100%

- relaxed day completing work

- hubby cleaned yesterday so I haven't needed to today!
 
It's raining rather than snowing (I hate snow & ice!) :D

I'm having a sports massage this morning :D

Rest of the morning to be spent making soup & stew :D
