3 weeks in, not much lost...

Hi all

I've been doing LCHF for three weeks now and I've lost less than 2 pounds! I am persevering, but what am I doing wrong?

Breakfast - handful strawberries/raspberries with yoghurt

Lunch - chicken salad

Dinner - 'Deli' plate of few slices of ham and/or chicken and/or cheese and/or egg mayonnaise plus a few cherry tomatoes.

No snacks, maybe a few spoonfuls of double cream at night if I fancy a dessert.

Drinks - tea (with splash of milk, no sugar), or low sugar orange squash.
