I'm not sure if I'm posting this correctly but here goes. My first try on Slim Fast after failed attempts on Slimming World (too much freedom) and Weight Watchers (all changed & I didn't like it). Day 1 - shake at 7.30am, banana at 10.30, shake at 12, apple at 2, starving by 3.45 but also had a headache so I think I just needed to drink more. Made chicken curry when I got home (chicken, tomatoes, onions, garlic and spices with brown rice) I enjoyed the shakes but I really loved having a hot meal at tea time! I'm going to have a cup of tea and a chocolate digestive at 9pm! What a treat! I hope tomorrow is as successful as today. I'm hoping to work in some exercise too ?
