heheh loving this :) its gona be a killer but yep will be here for daily role call! so my pledge is to get to goal weight/bmi on TS then do a week on each step, stay 100% on it all & also do daily quota of horrible squats & sit ups all the way thru the 30 days... owch! starting mon 18th will come & update weight monday... i'll weigh mondays actually x

eee excited for starting tmo! having a mini carb feast with my housemate here with what was left in the freezer, veggie sausage rolls hash browns, chicken dippers & a bag of peas! and tomato sauce that was in the donations cupboard lol. so yep will post on here & update in the morning (wiv the darn water weight added grr oh well) x
 
Can I please join!! I started last Monday though but my goal is to lose 20lb (this will move me from obese to just overweight) and I pledge to stick to exante TS 100% and to only have one can of coke zero a day and go for a 20 minute walk every day :)

I'm aiming for 14 lbs in 30 days from Tuesday. Would obviously love more, but I'm bad for setting unachievable goals and then being gutted when I don't achieve them. 14lbs, *should* be achievable.

My pledge is to make more of an effort to drink 3l+ of water every day and to do at least 20 minutes light exercise everyday too.

For the sake of ts people just to note probably not a good idea to put food diaries on this thread.... But other than that let's do it... Bit tied up right now but I'll go through what I've missed and update If necessary!!

I Might even make a curveappeal 30 day challenge cocompleted sticker for anyone who finishes on target hahaha

Ok stats all updated (I gained 3lb from 4 days of white stodge so not too bad) my target is to lose 10lb & get to goal at the end of the 30 days. Also i will do 50 situps & 40 squats every morning & every evening (have done this mornings omg killer!) so yay bring on 30 days time :) x

Is this the checking in thread aswell? Thats me day 1 done anyway, 2 shakes my last shepards pie, 100 sit ups & 80 squats & am now soaking in the bath as treated myself to a bottle of 95p bubble bath! x

Hi all, have weighed in today at 16st 7lbs so aim to be 15st 7lbs in 30 days! That would be the lightest Ive been in a decade I think!

I've weighed today and I'm 16st 11 lbs, so aim to be 15st 11lbs in 30 days. I'm a bit disappointed as I only lost 1.6 lbs this week. :( It was my food week, but I stayed low carb and never went over 350 cals per day. :( I feel like I've lost inches though, as my clothes are hanging off me. Will measure later once I find the measuring tape. My nephew was playing with it when he was here at the weekend, hope he hasn't taken it home. :D

Not going to lie, I broke yesterday and had some chicken in the afternoon :mad: But my new packs which I was soo excited about (sausage mix, cookies and cream bar and hot choc pud) were just horrible and I had just had an exam so really needed something. But that was just protein so I'm not going to punish myself and I am back on today. Good luck everyone! How's it going for you?

hey everyone, day 2 done, 3rd day of squats ect (i started them on sunday) and they were easier today & walked from 12- 3pm on charity shop missions, got loads of bargains so a good day in all ways! x
