just ordered the 30 day shred from amazon lm starting ss tomorrow is it ok to do the dvd ??

You can do it but I found it meant I sts, so I'm giving it a break until I go up to 810. Good luck with it tho, it's hard work but great x

ive done ss+ ( 4packs) and this dvd.
but i do know others who have done it on just the 3.... (lovely Lauren) maybe check out their diaries.... to get a few ideas.

I lost 5lb a week on 3 packs SS I upped my water accordingly and did absolutely fantastically even eating nothing!
