This is going to sound like a mad question, but I'm thinking of buying 30 Day Shred, but I was just wondering how much space you need? I've got an xbox with Kinect and found my livingroom is a bit too small to do the exercise games. So before I buy a dvd I can't use I just thought I'd ask how much space I'd need roughly to effectively do the exercises. Thanks x

As long as you've got enough room to do jumping jacks and push ups you should be fine. X it's a killer but well worth the pain x

I bought mine a couple of weeks ago £5.49 on amazon, it's fab...and yes you only need enough room to do star jumps and sit ups. I highly reccommend it x
