I don't have the 30 day shred, but a few on here are using it successfully. It is a dvd workout with the trainer from Biggest Loser USA, forgot her name :rolleyes:

It sound quite intense, but people on here do recommend it. I think you can buy it on Amazon.

it's a workout dvd with 3 levels, so you do 10 days of level 1, strenght, cardio and abs, repeated 3 times. then 10 days of level 2, and then 10 days at level 3!
simple as that....apart from i'm only on day 5 and i'm walking like i have intimate knowledge of a cactus! :D

Yes, I've been doing it for 3 whole days now, wow! do you feel it.
The way I look at it, to be sweating and gasping so much, for 30 minutes has got to be worth a few calories, right??
