30 Days of Cambridge and 24lbs gone... and just over 16 inches!...

Love this diet!... upped the water this week and measured and weighed all my SS+ meals. So going to stick with this determination...

Big family wedding on the 10th October will be brill... have got a gorg size 14 Monsoon dress to wear... it is still a smidge tight around the boob area... but going to look at getting a non padded bra today...

Well just though i would share... hope you are all having a great day!

Wow the weight is dropping off you, you are sounding very motivated and disciplined. The forthcoming wedding and Monsoon dress will help to keep up your focus. Made me think of the only time I have worn a Monsoon dress to a wedding, I was a bridesmaid in 1989 and had to wear an awful sailor dress, I'd best not dwell on the dreadful memories, lol
