30 lbs to lose...herez my diary

Hi Tulipz - how's it going? I am hovering over the diaries as I can't stick to anything. Hoping for inspiration and a change of mindset.

I would also like to kick the junk. I don't eat red meat but do like fish and chicken but much prefer chocolate digestives! I feel so gross after pigging out 'tho. Looking forward to reading your food diary for a little inspiration.

I did a 3.5 mile walk on Friday. I took an hour...so it was pathetic speed....nowhere close to a cardio workout! I plan to do it again today...may be finish it in 45 mins , lets see.

My diet today:

Cereal + Skimmed milk (7am)

Mocha (small) at 10am

Brocolli and Stilton soup + bread at 1pm

Now that I lost 2 kgs, I think its time to start increasing my time with weights...

I'll weigh myself on friday... I'll hopefully lose a bit!
