30st 5lb Start Weight

I got some low low cheese and wafer thin ham, looking forward to a sat nite pizza treat. Lol we r like the same person, I really want to like fruit as my daughter and bf love it all plus it would be healthy treats. And going to try hiding veg in stuff to get me used to them. Wow 8lbs that's amazing! !! X

The apple in the pork burgers is a good hiding trick

You can also add extra things in to mash; parsnips and leeks.

Grated carrot in salads, even grated Apple or broccoli stalk.

Stir fry is fab for veg, mange tout and baby sweetcorn are yum and crunchy, also pineapple chunks in the sauce.
 
I made the peanut butter curry a couple of weeks ago it was really good xx had it with cauliflower rice , hubby is trying to convince me i like it lol
I used to puree veg when my kids were little, now they eat most veg, well my son does. :rolleyes:

Dunc has lost 3.2lb this week! His total is 6.8lb. That's just by cutting out choc and crisps and eating good food :) I weigh moro x

Today's food:

B - toast and tea

L - wrap with salad, pickle, cheese and pastrami and 2 rice cakes

T - pork roast dinner and an ice cream cone
 
A small loss of 1.2lb but it takes me to 19lb loss. Not great but a step in the right direction! X

Every pound matters. If I had lost 1lb every week since I started I'd be at goal weight! The pressure we put on ourselves is often the reason for failure I think.

Slow and steady wins the race :)

Well done to you and Duncan. U can really see the difference in those pics. And like jayde said 1lb is pretty heavy, hold a pound of sugar and see. Onwards and downwards luv!! Xxx

I'm not chef quality but I can make good enough meals for the family so they aren't bored.

Gnocchi is more filling than pasta and goes fab in this recipe! So simple. Bish bash bosh meal :) x
