Don't forget you can be quite adventurous with meals. Don't be afraid to eat more because on SW filling up on free and speed foods can really help with bigger losses.

I just made this massive bowl of slimming world chips with a lamb leg steak (fat removed of course) and it was totally syn free. I added a tbsp of ketchup for 1 syn. I have a food diary which I've totally neglected this week but you could have a look and see if there are any meals you'd like. I love things like steak, chips, lamb etc.
