My first day out on the slimming world diet, petrified I would find myself hungry and not be prepared....but I was!!!


BR: All bran (HB) plus 28g All Bran-4 syns, milk (HA), 1 babybell light (HA) on 1 Weightwatchers bread (HB).

Snack: 1 babybell light (HA), pear.

LUN: Pasta with tomatos, mushrooms, peas, tomato puree-0.5 syn.

Snack: Hand full of brocolli and potatoes.

DIN: MONDAY DINNER!!!! Roast potatos made with frylite, brocolli, carrots, chicken 28g-2.5 syns, gravy-2 syns.

Total syns:?? Not finished eating yet!! haha!!:)
