Another 3lbs off & it's the TOTM , well it was due yesterday but I can feel the bloating & that. I know people have said their symptoms can become worse on a VLCD but can it mess up the cycle? Usually you could set a clock by me (Don't worry def not pregnant - unless it's an immaculate conception, lol!)
