4 lb off!!

Taking me to 10 st 5 yay that's 1 stone 1 lb in 3 weeks - chuffed!

12 lb to go and 5 wi's til hols plus 2 weekends off - hmm that's tight but if I can lose another 7 for hols and get toning I'll be happy and will lose whatever is left after hols - it's no race. I may want to settle between 9 and 9st 7 so I can work on that with good old fashion diet and exercise when I get back :)

First weekend off this weekend really hoping I can at least sts and not gain x

Well done on your weight loss - brilliant!!!

I am a similar weight to you and also have around 2 stone to lose, my first weigh in was a 6 pound loss but my second was only 2 pounds. I have been doing lots of exercise as well. Have you any tips -I haven't been cheating at all!

Just keep going and being 100% I haven't done any exercise except the odd walk and swim so that may be the difference while ur building muscle hun x keep going
